With immediate effect 30.10.2012, postlaju tracking codes will no longer be posted here as we have received many complaints from customers that their tracking codes of clothing bought & delivered by Jessabella Enterprise are being copied & found in other websites / facebook / reseller / dropship agents online stores

*Tuesdays* - Latest payment advice via email to be in by / before Monday 3.30pm, posting on Tuesdays
*Fridays* - Latest payment advice via email to be in by / before in by / before Thursday 3.30pm, posting on Fridays

No posting on public holidays, if public holiday falls on posting day, the posting day will be cancelled and postponed to the next posting day!

Thus, Should you require your parcel tracking codes, pls email directly to jessabellapss@gmail.com, we will send you your parcel tracking code via email within 24 - 48 hours

RETAIL / DROPSHIP ORDERS :
For postlaju courier service, You should receive your parcels 1 day after posting (postlaju normally takes 1 day but in some cases may take up to 2 - 3 days)

Registered post / e-parcel will take :
7 - 10 working days for Sabah & Sarawak
3 - 5 days for local outstation

iii) Posting method is ONLY via postlaju for retail orders and optional registered post for wholesale orders

iv) Please send order form first BEFORE making payment to avoid out of stock & refund situation

- Klang Valley : RM6 + RM2 for every add on item
- Malaysia outstation : RM7 + RM2 for every add on item

- Available for purchases above 1kg only
iii) Self collection :

1) What is the difference of FREE size and L, XL, XXL, XXXL clothing? FREE size means there is only 1 size available and can fit from petites to plus due to large cutting or design of the cloth. You can refer to the max stretch of the items on each individual blog post. L,XL,2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL,6XL,7XL is the exact size of the item and measurements are provided on each individual blog post 2) How do I convert inches into cm? 1 inch = 2.54cm 3) Can I exchange or get refund if the item I purchased cannot fit me or payment made but item out of stock? Very sorry, No exchange and refunds will be entertained 5) Can I make wholesale order with you and can I use your photos for my own business? Yes, wholesale purchase is applicable for any mix of 10, 20, 30 (bulk discount) & 50 / 100 / 150 (wholesale price) or dropshipping services and you are welcome to use the photos as a Jessabella agent. Please send your wholesale order to jessabellapss@gmail.com 6) How can I know which items is still available and which is sold out? We update my blog status every week so for easier viewing, u may click the available button tabs on the right hand side of my blog to view all available items for sale or email jessabellapss@gmail.com to check stock availability 7) How can I arrange self pick up? Self pick up option is open for wholesale & retail purchases at fixed price of RM10 from Monday - Fridays 8am - 5pm only, We are closed on SAT / SUN & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. Orders to be made and paid online before pickup. 8) Are you responsible for lost parcels? No, Jessabella Enterprise cannot take responsibility for lost parcels if tracking system and confirmation from post malaysia shows that item has been successfully delivered but I will be responsible to submit last parcel report to Post Malaysia 9) Is all your items sold on ur blog ready stock? Yes, we do not practice pre-order system. Thus, all items under available status is ready stocks and is ready to post out asap according to the fixed postage days upon receipt of payment 10) Can I get exchange / refund if the items is torn / hole? Yes, if the torn or hole is bigger than 3cm and its factory reject. If items were torn / stretched upon trying then no exchange / refund will be entertained. For both scenarios, pls send the photo of the defect so we can verify the damage whether its factory reject or self inflicted.
No exchange / refunds will be accepted if the cloth tags have been removed or the original postlaju bag / receipt posted not present
11) How can I be sure when u made the delivery of my parcel? All delivered items will have a tracking code from postlaju. You can track your parcel from http://www.pos.com.my/ or you can call 1-300-300-300 directly if you still have not received your parcel according to the estimated arrival dates above 12) Do you blacklist MIA buyers? No we do not. Although we do not encourage back out buyers, We do understand that due to budget constraint or change of mind, MIA buyers do exist and JPS practices the slogan "customers is always right" 13) If I am not sure of my size and what size to buy, can I get advice from you? Yes, for sizing and measurements or any enquiries regarding the cloth, you can call or sms 012 945 1088 or send an email to jessabellapss@gmail.com 14) How often do you update new items? We update new items 2 to 4 times per week 15) If the items is sold out, can you restock? Yes, We will continue to restock until supplier has run out of stocks unless its our own production which we will decide to reproduce or not depending on the cloth colour availability and MOQ 16) I understand that your std reservation period is 24hours but can I make payment later than date? We will try my best to hold on the items for u longer if you have sent in special request for late payment before the 24hour reservation period is up but we do hope to have your kind understanding that priority goes to the fastest payment 17) I understand that COD services are not available at this time but if I really cannot accept postage, would you be able to COD? Sorry NO COD, We only accept self collection from our address No 38A, Jalan Setia Perdana, Seksyen U13/25F, PKNS Alam Nusantara, Bandar Setia Alam, 40170, Shah Alam, Selangor 18) Is Jessabella Plus Size Stealz a dependable seller? a) Yes, We take full responsibility that all paid items must be delivered to customer on time according to the stipulated postage days b) We cannot promise the exact date on when the parcel can reach you as we do not personally deliver the items. This service is dependable on Post Malaysia system c) We cannot promise you fast delivery if the payment is not is before the stipulated posting date payment dead-line EXAMPLE : If you request for Sat arrival of ur items but payment only made on Friday, We can only post out for u on Tuesday and not Friday, thus you can only receive your items on Wednesday 19) If I make payment of RM50 to you and the total is only RM46, how do you refund back the RM4 back to me? Cash refund of RM150 and lower will be placed as cash inside your delivery parcel. However, if you have made payment whereby there is a refund of more than RM150 to be expected, pls email your account no details for us to arrange refund together with your payment detail
